HAKKI AFRICA (PTY) LTD is committed to the highest standards of honesty, integrity and accountability. This policy explains how employees, drivers, contractors and members of the public can raise concerns about suspected wrongdoing, and the protections available to them for doing so in good faith.

What you can report

Concerns about fraud, corruption, theft, financial misconduct, breaches of regulatory or legal obligations (including consumer credit and data protection law), health and safety risks, or any other unethical or unlawful conduct connected to our business.

How to report a concern

Reports can be made by email toapplication.za@hakki-africa.comor by phone on010 018 6914. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can look into the matter properly. You may choose to remain anonymous, though this may limit our ability to investigate or follow up with you.

We do not tolerate victimisation of anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith, even if the concern turns out to be mistaken. Any employee found to have retaliated against a whistleblower will be subject to disciplinary action.

What happens next

We will acknowledge reports we receive and assess them to determine the appropriate next steps, which may include an internal investigation or referral to the relevant authority.
