Fleet Operations Lead

Dean Goulding

Dean oversees vehicle allocation and fleet operations for Hakki Africa, making sure every driver gets the right vehicle and support to succeed. He brings extensive fleet management experience from his time at Bolt, giving him a sharp eye for what keeps a fleet running smoothly and drivers on the road. His background means he has seen the industry from multiple angles and it shows in how he runs things. Fittingly, cars are a genuine passion of his outside of work too, right up there with spending time with family.

Onboarding Coordinator

Viwe Junior Mzongwana

Viwe's journey with Hakki Africa started on the road; he was one of our top-performing drivers before joining the team to help onboard new drivers himself. That firsthand experience means he knows exactly what our drivers need to hit the ground running, and he is passionate about setting every new driver up for success. His story is proof that great performance on our fleet does not go unnoticed. Outside of work, he is big on health and fitness, always focused on staying active.

Sales Consultant

Jabulani Nkosi

Jabu helps new customers find the right vehicle solution to get started with Hakki Africa, guiding them through every step of the sales process. He brings hands-on sales experience from his time working in gym sales roles, where he built a passion for connecting with people and helping them commit to something new. Off the clock, he is a die-hard rugby fan and it shows; his build makes it easy to believe he could hold his own on the field too.
